When you provide personal information to us, through our website, by phone or by fax, we will validate your details, such as your name, address, and where applicable, credit card number & expiry date. Some of this information is essential for us to be able to accurately identify who is using our services and as such is mandatory. We value your trust and your information will be held in strictest confidence.

Where we request payment via the internet, it will ALWAYS be via a secure server, identified with the beginning of the URL being ‘https://’ and the lock at the bottom of the browser window being locked. Our online credit card payment is via the Secure PayPal Network. PayPal is the world's first and largest Internet-based payment service, and the #1 financial site on the Internet.

If you prefer to pay via credit card through our offices, we will email you our Credit Card Authorization Form that you must fill out, sign and FAX back to us for processing, or of you prefer to give us your information over the phone, we will issue an email with the particulars of the transaction (showing only the last 4 digits of the credit card, for identification) and request authorization by replying to the email. At no time will this information be located on an internet accessible server.
